Yesterday was a wonderful day.  I attended my nephew's wedding.  It was a very lovely and endearing event.  The wedding party, especially the bride and groom, were breathtakingly lovely and stylish in their wedding attire. 

One of the things that captured my attention during the event, was a number of the ladies, in particularly the younger ladies, were wearing lip-gloss.  With summer tans and the need to wear little makeup, the lip-gloss was perfect.  It gave the appearance of a natural look, which was much more flattering than the overly made-up look. 

Here are a few tips to help you decide whether lip-gloss may be right for you. 

1.  If you have trouble finding a lipstick color that looks good on you, then a lip-gloss might be a great choice.  You don't have to fuss about the color too much.  It adds just a little color to the lips, which seems to help make the face look more alive.  The haggard, pale and drawn look is immediately softened with a lip-gloss. 

2.  If you have trouble applying makeup, then a lip-gloss is perfect.  It is very easy to apply.  Unlike lipstick, it can easily be applied with your finger even without a mirror.  Another great feature with wearing a lip-gloss is you don't have to worry about getting it on your teeth.  You don't even have to put much thought into how it goes on.  Somehow, it seems to just go on perfectly. 

3.  Lip-gloss is great for today's active, fast-paced lifestyle.  You can toss it into your purse or backpack, without having to worry about it melting the way a tube of lipstick many times does.
